This is a personal photography portfolio. It has no user accounts, no contact forms, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Eftim Futekov, Panagyurishte, Bulgaria. You can reach me on Instagram or LinkedIn.

What data is processed

Hosting. Like any website, the server that hosts this site receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser type. The hosting provider may keep this in short-lived server logs for security and to keep the site running. This is based on a legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Images from Pexels. The photographs and films are loaded from Pexels' servers (images.pexels.com, videos.pexels.com), which are protected by Cloudflare. To deliver them, your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Pexels and Cloudflare. See the Pexels Privacy Policy and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Details of the cookies involved are in the Cookie Policy.

Fonts. All fonts are hosted on this server. No requests are made to Google Fonts or any other font service.

Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, Pexels and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you click through.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. As this site does not collect personal data itself, there is usually nothing stored about you here. You also have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
